Westover's quiet and relaxing environment provides the ideal place to hold a private party without the distractions associated with a hotel, restaurant or conference center. We have both indoor and outdoor venues, and can provide you with everything you need to make your party, meeting or other event successful.
Facility Rental
Lush green grass, a waterfall and open patio provide the perfect backdrop for any party. This versatile area can be used for all types of celebrations: birthdays, reunions, retirements, promotions, etc. The facility rental prices shown below are for a period up to 4 hours - additional event time cost is calculated on a pro-rated basis. Our staff will work with you and your event coordinator to create the perfect atmosphere for any special occasion. Note that rental fees shown do not include sales tax or 16% service charge.

Beverages
We offer beverages individually or through the use of packages. Beverages provided without the package option will use the published price list. The packages are for a set period of time, but can be prorated for longer periods. If a beverage package is purchased, total costs is based on the same headcount (# guests) as for the facility rental. The prices shown below do not include sales tax or 16% service charge.
