Business Meetings
Westover's quiet and relaxing environment provides the ideal place to hold a business meeting without the distractions associated with a hotel, restaurant or conference center. We have both indoor and outdoor venues, and can provide you with everything you need to make your meeting or event successful.
Our owner, William Smyth, spent over 20 years in the corporate world and knows what it takes to host a productive and unique meeting for those who wish to avoid the boring hotel environment. Fresh brewed coffee and breakfast can be waiting for your group in the morning. Cookies and refreshments can be available for your break. At lunch, your group may choose to dine next to the water fall in the picnic area. At the end the day, you will enjoy Westover wines and fine cheeses and, upon request, William will treat you to barrel sampling of future vintages.
Venue Booking
Business meetings are weekday indoor events, lasting up to 4 or 8 hours, that include table set-up (U-shape, conference style, etc,). The prices shown do not include food, beverages, wine, rentals (see below), 16% service charge or sales tax.

Beverages
We offer beverages individually or through the use of packages. Beverages provided without the package option will use the published price list. The packages are for a set period of time, but can be prorated for longer periods. Just ask us for details! The package variations and their prices are in the table following. The prices shown do not include sales tax or 16% service charge.
