I agree to the terms of this C.O.W. club application form. I understand that I will receive 15% off the retail price of every wine purchase I make from or at Westover Vineyards or 20% off on case purchases. I understand that I will be sent two bottles per quarter (January, April, July and October between the 15th and 30th day of these months). I also understand that I will be entitled to special discount and events for C.O.W. members. I may cancel at any time, with written or email notice to Westover, without penalty.

I agree to have my credit card charged for the quarterly shipment of two bottles of wine plus $6.95* for shipping and handling. (* subject to change if shipping charges change). If I live outside California, in a legal state, shipping charges will be the actual amounts incurred by Westover. I understand that I can avoid shipping charges if I pick up my bottles at Westover Winery between the 1st and 14th of the shipping month. If I fail to pick up my bottles, I agree to have them billed and shipped.
